Jana Kramer became famous on the television show, playing Alex on One Tree Hill's finale for the last three seasons. The first of Jana Kramer's country albums were included in episodes of the show which helped propel her debut album from 2012 into in the Top 20 of the Billboard 200. Thirty One by 2015 was her follow-up album and climbed to Number Ten. When she finished the decade the year, she appeared on Dancing with the Stars. The self-doubting Voices was released in 2021. Kramer was cast in the role of Portia Ranson on 90210 between 2008 and 2009 as well as Brooke Manning on Entourage 2009 prior to joining the ensemble of the show on the CW's One Tree Hill as Alex Dupre in 2009 where she continued to appear until the finale season in the year 2012. Jana Kramer Kramer was a character on One Tree Hill from 2009 until the year 2012. She had signed an agreement in 2009 with Elektra Records, and she introduced her new contemporary country tune I Won't give Up on a One Tree Hill 2011 episode. The song was later featured as a track on Jana Kramer, her debut album that debuted in the year 2012. The track ranked fifth in the Billboard Top Country Albums. The singer focused her attention on her singing career while still acting she acted in movies which enticed her fans, such as Heart of the Country 2013 & Country Crush 2016. Kramer launched her second studio album Thirty One together with Warner Music Nashville, in October of 2015. Alongside her Top Five country hit I Got the Boy and a duet with Steven Tyler of Aerosmith it fared even better reaching number 3 on the national album chart as well as number ten in the Billboard 200. In September 2016, her appearance in the 23rd season of Dancing with the Stars lasted 2 months, and she finished with a 4th place finishing. That same year, the song Feels Like Christmas featuring Straight No Chaser became an enormous adult contemporary success.
